Where have I been & nail polish haul and others :)

Holy Moly! I've been gone for nearly a month. Just to let you guys know,  I've had my nose stuck in a book for the past month :( School is definitely kicking my butt and now I finally have some free time! Hallelujah! Until tonight that is.. and then it's back to studying.

Well this post isn't exactly going to be a thrifting post. I just wanted to share with you guys this awesome new nail polish color that I am absolutely obsessed with and some other items as well.

So, this is the new nail polish color that I am in love with. It's a very "springy" color. If I could describe it in three words it would be fun, pretty, and spring. That is exactly how I feel when I wear it on my nails.
0.5 Oz bottle - A bright pink salmon colo

Please excuse the nasty looking fingers

This is a Revlon polish in 229 Demure. This is the first Revlon polish that I have tried. I saw the color and felt that I had to have it. It costs about $5 for a .5 z bottle. That is a little expensive for me because I'm so use to using Wet and Wild products

I love the formula of the nail polish. I've had it on my nails for a little more than a week and there are no chips at all. The polish goes on really nicely without any streaking. I would highly recommend this one if you are looking for a really fun salmon nail polish. There is also a slight shimmer to the color.

Enough about nail polish, I have been obsessed with rings lately and happen to find this gorgeous ring at JC Penny. It was $12. The ring is sterling silver plated and the stones are cubic zirconia crystals. I absolutely love the vintage feel of the ring and for that price, you just cant beat it. If you ladies ever get a chance to go to the mall, definitely go now because all stores are getting rid of all the winter items and they are on major clearance.

Good day mates!

Whelp, just to introduce myself. I am a college student on a budget with one huge problem, I love to shop. I even shop in my dreams! I love clothes, handbags, shoes, you name it. I shop on my phone, I shop on my computer, I shop on my tablet. Yes, I am obsessed. Unfortunately, being a 21 year old college student, I cannot financially support my current addiction and needed to find a way to still enjoy shopping without breaking the bank. My solution, THRIFTING! Yes, thrifting. Many people find it disgusting which were my initial thoughts but, after going thrifting a couple of times, I fell in love with it.

So, you might ask, why am I starting a blog on thrifting? Well, I hope to be able to show others out there that you can still be fashionable without having to break the bank. Thrift stores aren't just stinky old stores that have nasty old things. You would be surprised at the the type of things you find at a thrift store. I also hope to be able to provide some tips on thrifting. Thrifting to me is like an aquired skill, it takes practice to finally spot the "good" stuff :) If thrifting was a major in college, I would totally major in it.

Just a little disclaimer, I am in no means, trying to brag about the things  I find at a thrift store. I just want to show everyone that you can find AMAZING things while thrifting :)

I hope you all enjoy this blog!

Oh, I'm obsessed with panda's as well. When I grow up, I want to be a panda. A panda that thrifts of course ;)
